Valuations

I am the Secretary of an OC/SP and work alongside Georgia. Despite having an incredibly difficult scheme to manage, Georgia and her team are always professional and respectful in all aspects. I recommend Clisdells to anyone who requires a knowledgeable and firm strata manager to run their OC/SP.

Although there seems to be a bit of negative feedback regarding other strata managers at Clisdells, I'd like to give a shout-out to our strata manager, Siobhan Brewer, for her professionalism and responsiveness. Thank you for being so attentive and supportive with everything you do, Siobhan. You've made our move into our new home very smooth, and Wendy and I really appreciate your quick responses, whether it's about plumbing or flooring approvals. I hope senior management at Clisdells can recognise and reward Siobhan for the amazing work she does day in and day out. If anyone is ever considering Clisdells, I'd highly recommend Siobhan as your strata manager.

Our strata manager, Tom, has been patient and supportive for many years. Very glad we have such a diligent manager from this organisation.

Milica our strata manager does a wonderful job. Very polite and knowledgeable. Quick to respond to any inquiries.

I have been a tenant in my apartment for over 12 years.   Whenever I have an issue with anything related to the unit, Clisdells, Tom Sinn in particular, has always been outstanding.   No messing around, simple answers, and always quick to action if required.  I cannot fault them.

Siobhan Brewer currently looks after our property and she has been amazing to deal with. She is extremely responsive and quick to action any of our matters and it is always a pleasure liaising with her.

I contacted my Strata Manager Tom and enquiry about some 2 outstanding issues. He explain to me clearly what is the hold -up with the delay. and immediately after the call, he follow through with making sure all actions required from his part is complete and prompt actions are taken

I had a wonderful experience with Siobhan! I urgently needed information and Siobhan went out of her way and followed up with me to ensure that I had everything I needed and was all set! I really appreciated her efforts, quick response and follow-through! Thank you!

Jessica is the most efficient strata manager I have ever dealt with.
