We are a small, boutique strata building and engaged Clisdells two years ago. While generally the service from the strata manager has been very good, there have been a few shortcomings, mainly in the budget preparation. By working closely with the strata manager, these issues have been resolved.

Megan and April are to date and knowledgeable on legal frameworks that govern the ownership and management of properties within a strata scheme. They are prompt and efficient when handling enquires, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have been in strata for nearly 40 years, and have held roles on strata committees for most of these years across three different buildings. Clisdells, and in particular our strata manager, Mitchell Mattingley, have provided the best strata manager experience of any, by a distance. They are consumate professionals, with a depth of knowledge that is very impressive. Their communication and administrative capability is excellent, as is the follow-through. It makes life as a strata committee member so much less onerous having a competent and capable strata manager.
