We have positions available for an experienced Strata Manager & Trainee Strata Manager.
Strata Manager:
The successful applicant must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Strata, be adaptable, able to work under pressure and ideally be conversant with Strata Master software together with Word & Excel.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of buildings including residential, commercial, industrial & Community Associations.
Trainee Strata Manager:
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and solutions-oriented individual with a genuine interest in property and people. The role will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
With a desire to learn, grow, and build a career in Strata, we will provide in-house training and support.
