To summarise the 2 changes:-
- From March 2024, you will no longer be able to call DEFT to make payments over the phone;
- From November 2024, you will no longer be able to mail cheques to DEFT,

Peter Clisdell Pty Limited is a family run business that commenced operations in the St George – Sutherland area in 1950, specialising, at that time, in Real Estate Sales and Valuations. Over the years our business model has evolved into the specialist fields of Strata and Community Schemes Management together with a very active Valuations Department.
CLISDELLS AND ANGEL FLIGHT
Angel Flight Australia is a charity which coordinates non-emergency flights to assist country people to access specialist medical treatment that would otherwise be unavailable to them because of vast distance and high travel costs.
Most of our clients are unaware that Clisdells is a supporter and member of *Angel Flight* through our Managing Director, Peter Clisdell being a volunteer pilot and aircraft owner. Peter has logged hundreds of hours flying time for Angel Flight while transporting patients to and from sometimes remote locations, for treatment in Sydney hospitals. Clisdells is fortunate to have a successful business, thanks to our clients and the dedication of our staff. This in turn enables us to continue to provide material support for this worthwhile charity.

Although we do have many large prestigious buildings in our portfolio, we do cater to the small to medium size strata schemes, many of which are in the St George and Sutherland area. This is reflected in the fact that eighty percent of our management staff is dedicated to this area.
The portfolio is managed by 17 full-time strata managers and supported by a further 45 support staff involved in clerical and accounting functions.
